So, if you've read my FREE "Sugar Cravings NEUTRALIZED" report, you have probably realized how much I enjoy the Paleo Recipe Book. Since I like to do lists, let's make one right now about why I enjoy it:
1. The BONUSES!
I have to say, I am a SUCKER for free stuff. Offering me something free for buying something? I'LL TAKE IT!
But seriously (although I was actually quite serious about loving bonuses), The Paleo Recipe Book has a ton of amazing content that adds to the overall value of the product. Don't think the 400+ page Recipe Book alone is worth $27? How about adding two more cookbooks dedicated to desserts and fast 'n easy recipes? SOLD!
2. Lots of Cooking Techniques
Cooking, earting, and living Paleo is quite different from the conventional diet. Thus, you need to have a different mindset when you are shopping and cooking. The Paleo Recipe Book has a great section right in the beginning of the book about the different oils to use and how to use them, how to make clarified butter, how to render animal fat, and (maybe most importantly, in my opinion) how to cook a perfect steak! These are great techniques to learn since you can use them even if you decide not to continue Paleo living!
3. Realistic Meal Plan
While the Meal Plan is technically a bonus to the product, I love how it includes leftovers as part of the meal plan! I've seen a bunch of meal plans that require cooking and eating something new every day. HELL NO! I'm good with leftovers.
The Meal Plan includes Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and a Snack. Another great feature is that under the suggested meal, it lists what page the recipe for said meal is located for easy access! Good forward thinking, in my opinion!
Those are my top three reasons why I like the Paleo Recipe Book. You may be thinking "hey, he didn't list the tasty recipes as a reason!" If you did think this, I want you to buy a glove (rubber or leather, not cotton) and slap you across the face. Strength can be decided by the slapper.
OF COURSE it's all about the recipes! I wouldn't even write a positive review about it if I didn't like the recipes! Everything is laid out nicely for easy access to whatever you're craving. Need some soup for a cold night? Go to page 284 and browse through the 15 in the main book. Every type of food/food category has its own section (this includes a section for each meat type)!
